It is chartered with transforming IT is delivery to Classified programs and environments. In acknowledgement of this opportunity, the Classified Transformation organization and leadership structure have been put in place, along with significant investment to drive positive changes to both transform and standardize Classified IT delivery. This Program Management role will be a key part of Classified IT Transformation success. In this role, the candidate is responsible for analyzing and orchestrating business demands for Classified IT services. The position is responsible for program management leadership of multiple Classified IT programs and projects related to cost, technical, risk, schedule and execution. Responsibilities Analyze business demands for Classified IT service delivery, translating into technical requirements, allocation of engineering and operations resources, work prioritization, work capacity analysis, including coordination with the architecture team for new services Provide program management leadership for multiple projects supporting Classified IT transformation including planning, organization, execution, integration, risk management, and completion of Classified IT Transformation projects. Engage with stakeholders and partners to assure deliverables align with customer requirements Develop and evolve a centralized demand management process and tools for Classified IT Develop and improve workflows to manage and track work across the Classified IT Organization Facilitate the procurement of needed hardware, software and services required to meet customer classified IT demand. Communication with customers and senior leadership. Ability to work with minimal supervision with assignments often self-initiated determining courses of action necessary to obtain desired results.Basic Qualifications: Strong Program Management experience leading technical, schedule, cost, and risk aspects of IT projects Experience providing leadership to technical IT teams in the delivery of specific objectives Strong problem solving, root cause and corrective action skills Ability to brief executive leadership on IT project status Ability to lead diverse, cross-discipline, geographically distributed teams such that all work collaboratively and cooperatively to deliver on unified objectives. Demonstrated ability to work with the multitude of disciplines required to deliver IT services including: Compute, Network, Applications, Engineering, Architecture, Security, Finance, Global Supply Chain and Facilities Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where requirements and priorities can change rapidly. Proficient in the use of desktop computer applications including Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook) Experience with the Lockheed Martin procurement process.Desired Skills: Preferred DoD SECRET Clearance Experience leading projects delivering services hosted by commercial cloud providers to include implementation, operations, and cost/consumption optimization Experience with delivery and authorization of classified IT systems: requiring implementation of various IT services (network, compute, operating systems, applications) and application of Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) protocols. Experience delivering complex IT systems and services with a background in the technical aspects of IT to work productively with IT Architects and Engineering. Experience with Service Central related to Demand Management, Project Portfolio, Agile development, workflow design, incident/change manager and automation. Experience in metric reporting using tools such as Tableau and Microsoft Office Suite Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities. Strong financial background. CAM and PM certified Hands on System Administration or Network administration experience building out, configuring, testing, and hardening classified or unclassified IT systems. Experience in both traditional and agile project methodologies Expertise with various project management tools (Service Central, JIRA, MS Project---)

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
