We are looking for an experienced Technical Sourcer to join our Engineering Recruiting team. As a Technical Sourcer, you will be responsible for sourcing passive candidates and consistently cultivating a pipeline of best-in-class talent for LinkedIn through innovative outreach methods. You will work to reduce the time it takes to fill each position while continually striving to improve the satisfaction of both candidates and hiring managers. This helps the organization to scale at speed whilst making sure that we provide the necessary talent and skills to deliver on our ambitious growth, our mission and our vision.

The Technical Sourcer serves a critical role of fulfilling LinkedIn's vision to provide economic opportunity to every member of the global workforce by engaging diverse talent from communities that are underrepresented and underserved.

Partner with both Engineering and Recruiting Teams to plan, implement, and execute on various sourcing strategies
Advise clients on market trends, industry insights, and identifiable talent pools. Leverage data to influence sourcing strategies
Source, engage, and nurture passive talent through various tools including Linkedin Recruiter and alternative search techniques to identify qualified candidates
Be creative in building sourcing strategies to uncover top talent
Understand specifics of roles and identify candidates who will be a strong fit. Run an effective recruiting strategy kickoff meeting with hiring manager to drive alignment on ideal candidate profile
Engage with candidates at various stages of the interview process, including Recruiting Phone Screen and Technical Phone Screen
Evangelize the Linkedin Story to candidates
Partner with Hiring Managers and Engineering Leaders at various stages of the Recruiting Process
Ensure data integrity within LinkedIn's Applicant Tracking System and LinkedIn Recruiter
Deliver feedback on LinkedIn tools to LinkedIn product team members for product improvements


Basic Qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
1+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition or sourcing

Preferred Qualifications:
Strong recruiting fundamentals and experience sourcing passive candidates
Strong business acumen, with a firm understanding of the web/internet space
Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, high-growth organization
Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a history of building cross-functional relationships

As required by C.R.S.
8-5-201(2): (Colorado only) The minimum pay for this role is 82,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
