OverviewCome join the Intuit's Small Business and Self-Employed Group's Product Abuse and Trust Team as a Software Engineer. The Product Abuse and Trust team defines, builds and drives adoption and tooling for security best practices across a broad portfolio of offerings and customer experience.The team is responsible for designing, architecting, building and managing the fraud prevention and investigation solutions.What you'll bringExperience with:Coding in ReactJS/Java, combined with strong operational skillsDeveloping and operating complex distributed software systems in an enterprise environment.Cloud-based production environment (AWS, Azure, and Google)Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, Splunk, CloudWatchDebugging and troubleshooting complex problems in the cloudA quick learning curve, ability to rapidly and independently take on new technologies and technical challengesTeam player possessing strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to work with global teams across time zonesB.S. in Computer Science or equivalent IT experienceHow you will leadWork cross-functionally with various Intuit teams including product management, QA/QE, various product lines, and/or business units to drive forward results.Write automation code for collection of evidence and enforcement of security controls at a massive scale.Define standards and best practices. You will review code and provide feedback.Roadmap and strategy. As part of the Product Abuse and Trust Team, establish guardrails to ensure reasonable fraud prevention controls are built into our offerings for detection, mitigation and investigation.Ensure that operational defects, issues, and incidents assigned to the team are remediated as quickly as possible and within SLA.
