So if you're ready to work on unrivaled technology where your desire to be part of a collaborative team is met with a laser-focused mission to stop breaches and protect people globally, let's talk.About the Role CrowdStrike is seeking a Technical Sales Enablement Lead - Manager, focused on building enablement programs for our technical sales (Sales Engineering) organization. These programs include building technical enablement learning paths, certification programs, and include content development and design oversight that will benefit the broader organization (i.e. Sales). The ideal candidate will have a good mix of deep technical knowledge and business acumen, optimally in the security market place. The role will involve working with a broad set of key stakeholders, including technical sales management, sales leadership, product management, product marketing and other key subject matter experts, to prioritize, develop, launch and measure sales curriculum in alignment with CrowdStrike's strategic priorities, including Corporate Major Initiatives ("CMIs"), marketing campaigns and sales programs. --This role will ideally be based in one of CrowdStrike's hub offices in the US (Sunnyvale, CA; Irvine, CA; Austin, TX; Boston, MA; Reston, VA) but is open to a remote location for the right candidate. The position will report to the Global Director of Sales Enablement. What you'll doBaseline technical skills required and develop enablement learning paths to progress on going development.

  • Perform detailed needs assessments in coordination with the Sales Engineering leadership.
  • Participate in strategic initiatives, such as CrowdStrike's Corporate Major Initiatives ("CMIs") to identify skills and knowledge required to support the organization's business strategy.
  • Translate and organize current and future needs into a sales enablement plan.
  • Participate in the development of the annual master calendar to cadence enablement and synchronize with broader sales enablement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the broader enablement and cross functional teams to develop employee learning paths, using instructional design - adult learning best practices and principles.--
  • Drive consumption - utilization of training, implement metrics to measure training programs and impact, and continuously evaluate knowledge transfer and learning needs.Reorient CrowdStrike's core solution content library to our Value Selling motion.
    • Inventory the existing content library to determine opportunities to improve and ensure content is current and relevant.
    • Coordinate the refresh of sales and technical sales solution content, as required, to focus on the technical landscape, customer use cases and CrowdStrike core differentiation.
    • Update and/or develop effective demos to differentiate CrowdStrike using the use cases identified.
    • Quality control content and assist in content creation, as required.
    • Leverage existing technology (O'Reilly, Litmos, LinkedIn Learning) to boost existing enablement content. Revamp onboarding and create career progression roadmaps to drive retention and development of top talent.
      • Develop technical sales certification paths to support technical career progression.
      • Govern the supporting processes for certification paths requiring external spend, including nomination, budgetary spend and decision making authority.
      • Build repeatable programs to improve yield and actively monitor results. What You'll Need
        • Degree : Bachelor's or Masters' degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or technical related fields
        • Experience : 8-12 years technical experience as a focused technical lead, sales engineering or solution architecture role, ideally with increasing influence and responsibility and experience in building or facilitating enablement for sales.
        • Technical Capacity : Role requires technical chops, optimally in security, with demonstrated ability to get hands-on with the product, and apply and teach technical concepts to a highly technical audience. Must be able to express complex technical concepts in concise and understandable terms as well as relate how other companies' technologies compare - contrast - complement CrowdStrike's approach..
        • Personal Influence: Effective time manager and organizational influencer, capable of developing the strategy, executing on the tactics while influencing teams without direct authority to achieve timely, relevant and high quality deliverables. Includes excellent communications skills including, presenting, editing, and writing
        • Leadership & Results : Strategic thinker that can connect big picture concepts and data driven analysis to develop structured plans then execute those plans. A fast-thinking, high-energy individual with a sense of humor and ability to work with a wide range of personalities will thrive in this role.
        • Exceptional Problem-Solving Capability : Facilitate cross-team collaboration for globally distributed organizations while evangelizing strategy, enforcing best practices and incorporating feedback from internal resources and partners while keeping to the mission and strategic priorities.
        • Travel : Willing and able to travel (approximately 50%) to facilitate various training programs. Bonus Points
          • Security Expertise : Experience in a technical capacity in either incident response services, attack and penetration assessments, or host-based security technologies a plus.
          • Skills - Competencies: Experience in developing and managing Sales competency models or skills library, and developing learning paths or certifications for effective technical sales training.
