Department: Emergency Services Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Nights)
Required Certifications & Skills: Active and valid RN license (NJ
or compact) BLS, ACLS, PALS NIHSS or Stroke Certification
(preferred) EDAP 1 and 2 BVP (MAB) training COVID vaccine and
booster (preferred) Job Responsibilities: Deliver safe, effective
patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning,
implementation, evaluation) Provide direct care in the Emergency
Department and oversee activities of nursing staff Communicate
effectively with physicians regarding patient conditions and
diagnostics Respond swiftly to changes in patient condition
Understand and comply with EMTALA regulations Report suspected
child/adult abuse appropriately Maintain patient privacy and HIPAA
