Job Description:
A company is looking for a part-time Human Resources (HR)
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including job
postings, resume screening, and orientation
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, promoting a
positive work environment and conflict resolution
Maintain employee records, ensure compliance with laws, and assist
with HR documentation and benefits information
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or
related field preferred
Previous experience in an HR role or administrative position is a
plus
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with
discretion
Strong organizational skills and a positive attitude
