You'll be assessing our clients' fitness levels, developing individualized training programs, and ensuring they're using equipment safely. Monday-Thursday - 12:45p-9:15p
Friday - 10:45a-7:15p

Responsibilities:

Uphold all gym standards and safety rules to keep clients safe and comfortable while they workout
Revise fitness plans based on clients' progress toward set goals
Decrease the chance of injury by teaching clients appropriate techniques for all exercises, especially for specialized equipment
Improve client fitness by customizing exercises to meet each person's unique needs and skills
Verify that all fitness regimens are suitable for each client by conducting personal fitness evaluations


Qualifications:

Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and coworkers
This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service
Currently certified as a fitness instructor or personal trainer
Displays impeccable time management and organizational skills
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED)
