What You’ll Do As a Prep Cook, you’ll: Prepare high-quality food consistently and efficiently according to Cattlemens’ recipes and specifications. Ensure all food items meet presentation and portion standards. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace that meets all safety and sanitation standards. Support the kitchen team with prep, organization, and communication throughout service. Take pride in your craft—because guest satisfaction comes before anything else.
