    • Have at least two years' experience as a retail manager or supervisor, with superior customer service skills.
    • Aim to develop into a 'ready now' Store Manager at Peet's within 12 months.

    • Demonstrate performance aligned with Peet's Vision, Mission, and Values.
    • Possess a friendly, energetic demeanor, with a passion for customer service and a customer-first mentality.
