We are hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Stockton, CA. Minimum Requirements Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college. Active California COTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification required from AHA or ARC prior to start. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Familiarity with restorative nursing programs, ADL training, and activity-based interventions preferred. Ability to document electronically in EMR systems preferred. Client requires candidates to be available for a 13-week travel contract and to work a guaranteed 36 hours per week while on assignment. Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift: Days. Shift hours: 0800-1630. Work days: Monday through Friday. Meal break: 30 minutes. Assignment length: 13 weeks. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week.
