Registered Nurse (RN) | Case Manager Location: Walnut Creek, CA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,591 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/10/2026 About the Position Job Title: Case Manager Float Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Case Management Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years in an acute care hospital License: Active California license Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Recent acute care hospital case management experience Description: The role involves floating between campuses. You will work a set rotation of Tuesday through Saturday. The schedule is 8-hour days from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, totaling 40 hours per week. The position requires an active California nursing license. A minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care hospital is required. Previous travel experience and familiarity with EPIC are preferred. Floating between locations is not required.
