Experience: Previous experience in a hospital setting is preferred and may be necessary depending on the specific unit. Certifications: Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association, or completion within 30 days of hire. Preferred Qualifications: Education: A BSN is preferred Licensure: Additional state licenses or specialty certifications are advantageous Experience: Prior experience in a specialty area or similar clinical environment is preferred Physical Requirements: Capability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly Prolonged periods of standing and walking during shifts Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as necessary to fulfill nursing responsibilities Why Choose Us?
