Job Description Certified Bodywork Practitioner (1099 Independent Contractor) RestHERation Body & Beauty RestHERation Body & Beauty is expanding and seeking a Certified Bodywork Practitioner to join our wellness team as a 1099 Independent Contractor. This opportunity is ideal for practitioners who enjoy recovery-focused, non-medical bodywork in a fully equipped wellness environment. Availability Needed • Mornings (Tuesday-Friday) • Wednesday & Friday evenings • Weekend availability Compensation (1099 Independent Contractor) Starting Rate (Onboarding Tier): • $45 per 60-minute bodywork session • $65 per 90-minute bodywork session • 100% of tips retained by practitioner Tiered Increase Opportunities: • $50 / 60-minute | $70 / 90-minute after consistent performance and reliability • $55 / 60-minute | $75 / 90-minute for high demand, strong client retention, and consistent weekend/evening availability All equipment, linens, oils, and supplies are provided — no out-of-pocket expenses required. What We Offer • Fully equipped treatment room • Zero supply or equipment costs • Established client flow and marketing support • Flexible, contractor-based scheduling • Supportive, woman-owned wellness brand Responsibilities • Provide non-medical, wellness-focused bodywork services • Offer recovery-based sessions focused on relaxation, mobility, and muscle recovery • Conduct client intakes and customize sessions within a wellness scope • Maintain professionalism and a high-quality client experience • Operate independently while collaborating with the RestHERation team Qualifications • Certified Bodywork Practitioner or Certified Massage Therapist (certification required) • Experience with recovery-based bodywork preferred • Professional, dependable, and client-focused • Comfortable with evenings and weekend availability Contractor Status This position is offered as a 1099 Independent Contractor role. Practitioner is responsible for applicable taxes and insurance and may work with other businesses.
