Job Title: Ultrasound Tech Client Fetal Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: OB Ultrasound Technologist Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (07:45 - 16:45) Experience: Minimum of 3 years as an OB Ultrasound Technician License: Valid State License required Certifications: BLS (AHA) Must-Have: - Graduation from an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program - Minimum of 3 years experience in OB Ultrasound - Ability to perform specialized sonography procedures for high-risk pregnancies Description: The Client-Fetal Medicine sonographer performs diagnostic imaging scans on patients from the first to third trimester. The role involves performing routine and specialized sonography procedures. The goal is to produce quality images for physicians and other healthcare providers. These images assist in the diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, and prevention of injury or disease. The sonographer will perform a variety of scans including: - NT in the first trimester - Biophysical profile (BPP) - Detailed (level II) scans - Twins and triplets - Umbilical artery Doppler - Middle cerebral artery Doppler - Transvaginal scans
