Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medical Interpreter I.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide telephonic interpretation support in Spanish for medical
services coordination and patient inquiries
Handle a high volume of patient inquiries and resolve a targeted
percentage of those inquiries
Track and document support requests, update patient information,
and meet job standards
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
At least 1 year of experience in interpreting
Evidence of language proficiency in interpreting
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and
Spanish
Intermediate-level computer navigation and operation skills
