Licensed.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a dedicated panel of patients as their primary care
physician
Educate patients on appropriate treatments and care plans for their
health needs
Collaborate with Clinical Team Members to build clinical guidelines
and policies
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of post residency work experience
Active CA state medical license
Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician
Primary care and behavioral health experience, ability to treat
both acute and chronic care conditions, and pediatrics
Telemedicine experience
