Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of group health insurance and benefits
experience
Minimum 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience
Proficiency in Excel and Word programs, with ability to learn
Microsoft Access
Strong analytical skills and knowledge of computer systems and
coding terminology
Ability to read, interpret, and communicate plan benefits and
guidelines
