Job Description:
A company is looking for a Pharmacy Operations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Process prior authorization requests and provide pharmacy-related
customer service
Review member eligibility and claim history to provide information
to clients
Support day-to-day operations of the pharmacy program and assist
with issue resolution
Qualifications:
Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent required, Associate
or Bachelor's degree preferred
Two or more years of experience in a professional or pharmacy
setting
Previous experience in a managed care environment preferred
