You will be responsible for building campaigns and programs for global scale, and ensuring they are aligned and relevant for local execution. You have experience in demand generation, customer marketing, and developer marketing with exceptional insights and learnings from years of experience of testing, measuring, iterating, and improving to find what works to deliver outsized impact for every stage of the customer journey.As the Head of Global Demand Generation and Audience Marketing, you will be a data-driven B2B marketing expert that has a passion for delivering results. You will be responsible for leading the teams responsible for designing, developing, and orchestrating innovative campaigns and programs that will deliver scalable, predictable, and repeatable business impact (demand generation, business growth, renewal, expansion, etc.) for multiple audience types (prospects, customers, and developers) across all organization sizes, including small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), mid-market, and enterprise, leveraging best in class marketing approaches, principles, and tactics.Google Cloud helps millions of employees and organizations empower their employees, serve their customers, and build what?s next for their business ? all with technology built in the cloud. And our teams are dedicated to helping our customers ? developers, small and large businesses, educational institutions and government agencies ? see the benefits of our technology come to life.## Responsibilities* Lead the effort to deliver results through coordinated global marketing programs for multiple segments (enterprise, SMBs, etc.), personas (developers, Business Development Managers, etc.) and audiences (prospects, customers).* Work closely with Product Marketing, Content, Creative, Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, Events, Partner Marketing, Industry Verticals and Regional Activation to develop integrated marketing strategies and deliver programs that drive growth.* Collaborate with and influence senior leaders in product, sales, marketing, and finance to build alignment on strategies, plans, and impact across the organization.* Deliver results through world-class marketing campaigns and programs, and develop structure and process for transparency of plan through campaign calendars, and consistent measurement at every stage of the audience journey.* Work with operations teams to ensure best practices, tools, and processes for campaigns and programs are in place, as well as the marketing funnel and sales-handoff are connected for campaigns, along with tracking budgets and return on marketing investment.## QualificationsMinimum qualifications:* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.* 15 years of experience in B2B marketing.* 10 years of experience in leading demand generation and customer marketing teams.* Experience writing marketing content, audience-specific copy, email marketing.Preferred qualifications:* MBA degree.* Demonstrated knowledge of marketing best practices (e.g., what works at scale).* Experience managing global teams, campaigns, and programs.
