This role requires a high level of strategic thinking, operational management, and leadership skills. The CoS acts as a liaison between the VP and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and execution of the organization's strategic initiatives.Responsibilities
    • Assist the CSCO in developing and implementing strategic plans.
    • Drive strategy initiatives and help facilitate the rhythm of business (ROB); use strategy plans to inform structure and business insights to predict business outcomes.
    • Coordinate and manage cross-functional projects and initiatives.
    • Oversee daily operations to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
    • Identify and resolve issues that impede organizational performance.
    • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
    • Oversee the planning and management of the Global Supply Chain Operations (GSCO) budget, headcount, and resources, ensuring compliance, governance, and risk mitigation.
    • Serve as a point of contact between the GSCO and internal/external stakeholders.
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments. Drive the build-out and maintenance of reporting dashboards through reports and presentations for Quarterly Reviews and CEO reviews.
    • Lead executive-level customer/partner communication. Optimize the leader's time by structuring the communication strategy performing triage and ghostwriting on behalf of the leader when needed.
    • By collaborating closely with HR, the CoS is responsible for driving team culture and health for the leader by getting a pulse on organizational health, as well as leading culture initiatives (e.g., hiring, onboarding, community events), ensuring timely completion and the execution of all Awards programs. Their efforts are crucial in creating a work environment where outstanding performance is recognized, and every employee feels valued and motivated.Qualifications
      • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
      • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a similar industry.

        • Ability to understand and contribute to the long-term vision and goals of the organization.
        • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide strategic recommendations.
        • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to diverse audiences.

        • Proficiency in using business software and tools.
        • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
        • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise good judgment, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.As this is an office-centric role, you are expected to be present in the office for 3 days a week. As outlined in Pure's Hybrid Work Policy, there will be variations over periods of time, depending on business need.Pay RangeUSD $200,000.00 - USD $320,000.00 /Yr.Pay Transparency StatementSalary ranges are determined based on role, level and location.
