Working closely with leadership as a trusted partner, you will identify priorities, address performance gaps, and deliver impactful learning solutions aligned with company objectives. Collaboration with the VP, Learning Business Partners, is essential prior to launching learning initiatives or designing content.What you will do:

• Strategic Partnership: Develop tailored strategies to address performance gaps, including setting objectives, creating development plans, and establishing accountability measures.
• Data Analysis: Analyze sales and performance data to identify trends and skill gaps, informing targeted learning solutions.
• Prioritization and Metrics: Define success metrics, assess audience impact, and prioritize initiatives effectively.
• Leadership Collaboration: Work with Learning Business Partner leadership on learning approaches, content curation, and peer-based learning strategies.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate across corporate functions, HR, and Learning & Development teams on various initiatives.
• Data Reporting: Collect, interpret, and utilize data to support decision-making and measure success.
• Advocacy: Promote the importance of corporate learning and continuous development investments within the organization.Qualifications:

• 8+ years in learning or related fields, preferably in high-growth environments.
• Experience working with senior leadership to drive business impact.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data collection and interpretation.
• Business acumen and systems thinking capabilities.
• Effective communication skills for presenting findings and influencing stakeholders.
• Conflict resolution skills to mediate between business needs and stakeholder requirements.
• Leadership and coaching abilities to motivate and guide teams.
