Senior Project Manager - Corporate InteriorsWe are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead high-profile corporate interior projects across all phases-from concept through closeout. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives in managing large-scale commercial environments and overseeing multiple teams in a fast-paced setting.What You'll Be Doing

• Define and communicate clear project goals, scope, and expectations.
• Direct, control, and monitor all phases of project execution, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Manage timelines, staffing, budgets, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
• Lead projects ranging from 25,000 to 100,000+ sq. ft. in commercial or corporate tenant improvement environments.
• Oversee design development, construction documents, and ensure quality control and code compliance.
• Develop project schedules and budgets; draft and review AIA and related contracts.
• Negotiate project fees and manage contract execution.
• Monitor financial performance, proactively identifying risks and ensuring projects stay on track.Who We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in tenant improvement or commercial interior architecture.
  • 2+ years in a formal project management role.
  • Proven success leading projects from design through construction.
  • Strong multitasker with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project).
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD (2016+) and Revit.Preferred Credentials
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited institution.
    • LEED AP or other sustainability-related credential preferred.
    • Licensure or equivalent certification strongly preferred (support available for California PM licensing if required).
