We continually refine and innovate our approach, establishing a standard language in our industry.About the RoleWe are seeking a strategic and results-driven eCommerce Campaign and Promotions Manager to lead go-to-market and growth campaigns across our hardware, SaaS, and services offerings. This role collaborates closely with Product, Marketing, and Finance teams to drive sales, optimize promotional strategies, and maximize growth.Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market and growth campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with sales and eCommerce teams to meet revenue targets through effective promotional and pricing strategies.
• Manage campaigns for a diverse portfolio of products and services, prioritizing impact across customer segments.
• Plan and execute promotional events such as Prime Day, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday, ensuring seamless multi-channel execution.
• Create project plans and coordinate across teams for major promotional events.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Brand, and Product teams to manage campaign assets and messaging.
• Develop and optimize campaigns to guide prospects through the buying journey and drive conversions.
• Implement targeted email, retargeting, and automation strategies to enhance engagement and revenue.
• Expand market reach through partner channels and support partner success.
• Lead product, feature, and service launches with the necessary assets and enablement programs.
• Provide insights for product and service development, advocating for customer needs.
• Craft compelling narratives to engage prospects, customers, and industry influencers.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, using data to optimize strategies.Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 6+ years of product marketing experience in hardware, SaaS, and services.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments.
• Experience working with technical stakeholders, sales, and marketing teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Asana.
• Experience managing high-visibility promotional events.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas clearly.
