A company is looking for a Global Early Career Program
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the global expansion of early career hiring and summer
internship programs
Design and implement the Graduate Leadership Program, including
strategy development and execution
Manage the Summer Internship Program, ensuring a positive
experience for interns and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience managing campus recruiting and early career
programs
Experience developing a graduate relations strategy in a Fortune
1000 company
Strong ability to influence and consult at senior levels of the
organization
Good working knowledge of ATS, preferably Workday
