Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Business Intelligence
Applications and Production Support.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team to maintain a secure and stable BI application
environment, including personnel management and performance
oversight
Ensure adherence to production schedules, manage incident response,
and coordinate with stakeholders for effective outcomes
Oversee application capacity monitoring, vendor relationships, and
compliance with data governance and security policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; Master's Degree
preferred
7 years of relevant analytics experience with a Bachelor's degree
or 5 years with a Master's degree, including technical
leadership
Experience in a hybrid application environment, including on-prem
and cloud-based applications
Familiarity with BI visualization software and data preparation
tools
Knowledge of SDLC, ITSM, and data governance concepts
