A company is looking for a VP of Technical Program
Management.
Key Responsibilities
Define, manage, and execute strategic technical and product
roadmaps
Build and lead high-performing teams of technical program managers
and project managers
Oversee cross-functional program execution and proactively identify
risks
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in software engineering, systems
engineering, or hardware engineering
2+ years of experience leading technical product or program
management teams
Strong hands-on coding background with proficiency in at least one
programming language
Proven track record of driving and delivering complex technical
programs and products
Experience defining and executing strategic roadmaps in
collaboration with executive stakeholders
