Job DescriptionPNC Financial Services Group is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager I - Business Banker to join our team in Sunnyvale, CA. As a trusted advisor, you will leverage your business acumen to facilitate cash flow conversations with clients and prospects, and manage the on-going sales cycle to optimize the cash flow of our business customers.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and cultivate Center of Influence (COI) relationships to meet and exceed sales goals and business objectives.
• Work with internal services partners to on-board and expand the business portfolio.
• Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and/or existing clients, actively identifying and mitigating different types of risk.
• Focus on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights based on an understanding of the client's needs and their financial well-being.
• Build an effective network of internal and external relationships to actively acquire new clients and/or expand existing clients and enhance the client experience.Requirements:
  • University/college degree, with 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience.
  • Certifications are often desired.
  • Strong business acumen, client relationship management, and customer experience management skills.
