Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Visual Design Art
Director.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the creative design lead, setting the direction for the
company's visual identity strategy and user experience design
Collaborate with internal design teams and business partners to
elevate design quality and establish brand consistency
Oversee the artistic and conceptual development of marketing
initiatives across various channels
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (or relevant experience) with preference given to
candidates with a marketing agency and corporate marketing
experience
10+ years of visual design experience with a strong brand focus and
understanding of user-centered design methodologies
Advanced skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Expertise in applying the elements of visual design to creative and
brand development
A business growth mindset and a deep sense of 'extreme ownership'
for projects
