Job Description:

A company is looking for a Provider Data Management (PDM) Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure timely data updates for provider status, credentials, contracts, and affiliations
Create strategies to manage tasks and workload for the PDM team
Perform data entry of provider information and coordinate enrollment efforts with the Credentialing Department

Required Qualifications:

3-5 years of provider data management experience in the healthcare industry
Willingness to learn new skills
Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic and ability to coach the team to reach their full potential
