Junior Project Manager

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Jr Project Manager for their federal programs.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure successful completion of government contract tasks and deliverables
Manage the flow of information from government project owners or prime contractors to the team and ensure compliance with federal regulations and standards
Provide a high-level oversight of assigned projects while ensuring adherence to budget and schedule constraints

Qualifications:

At least 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably with exposure to federal programs
Knowledge of federal programs and regulations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Interaction with Contracting Officers (CO) or Contracting Officer Representatives (COR) is preferred
Experience working as a subcontractor on government contracts is preferred
