  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience managing content programs or teams.
  • Experience with cloud technologies, cloud architecture, or enterprise software.Preferred qualifications:
    • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
    • Experience defining and tracking program metrics.
    • Experience defining processes that improve efficiency.
    • Ability to build dashboards or other reporting mechanisms that make it easier to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and an ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Within the Content Strategy and Programs team, the goal of the Reference Architecture Program is to ensure Google Cloud customers have accurate, relevant, and up-to-date cloud architecture guidance. As a Program Manager focused on the Google Cloud Reference Architecture Program, you will create the processes and programs needed to drive programs and processes to improve discoverability, reduce information fragmentation, increase content accuracy, drive automation efforts, and help the docs team implement signals to improve their contributions.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.       Responsibilities
      • Help define and improve content management processes that reduce friction and scale to support hundreds of content collaborators.
      • Manage the program roadmap and milestones, partnering with stakeholders across four work streams.
      • Build dashboards and processes to help monitor the status of content throughout the content life cycle.
      • Advocate on behalf of the program for publishing platform features and other tools necessary to manage content at scale.
      • Help define program metrics, as well as the reporting cadence and channels and help manage monthly and quarterly stakeholder communication.
