This is a significant role within our Next Generation PLM program leading the definition,development and deployment of technical solutions. This person wouldwork cross-functionally to ensure high quality Product LifecycleManagement (PLM) and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions. This person will also play acritical role in the development and implementation of future data analyticsplatform supporting Product data across the Supply Chain.The ideal candidate will have deep process re-engineering and PLM analytical solutionexperience and be self-directed, motivated, and comfortable working in an extremelyfast-paced environment. Experience optimizing delivering complex programs across theglobal supply chain and PLM processes, with emerging technology is preferred.Prior hands-on manufacturing/supply chain product data management in the electronicsindustry with a leading consumer electronics company is a plus.Theideal candidatewill be a seasoned consultant and client advisor, understanding how Digital can transform products throughout their lifecycle, supply chains, and other business functions. They will fullyappreciate thetransformationjourneyrequired across business and IT. He or she will bepassionate and driven toguide our clients through that journeyand help them toaccelerate and simplifythrough theproduct and service solutions wecreate. • Have deep and relevant experience in one or more of the following capabilities: business and digital strategy, business process transformation; supply chain resilience & analytics, enterprise product strategy/enablement/management, and product lifecycle management.
• Have a hybrid personality with a mindset of digital strategy, program delivery excellence, technical acumen, and business development.
• Be a seasoned client facing executive having worked in areas of strategy consulting, digital, analytics, automation, and business services.
• Be passionate about digital business transformation and have the ability and experience to drive and inspire their team.
• Have and appreciation for clients' business processes and assess clients' digital technology maturity, identify gaps and develop a strategic digital roadmap
• Be playing a leading role in supporting program/project delivery
• Pull together existing Wipro capabilities to create digital solutions that can be scaled across customersKey Qualifications--- Deep understanding of supply chain processes in the electronics industry - design,engineering, procurement, product operations, contract manufacturing, logistics,customer fulfillment--- Extensive expertise in global supply chain management with focus on contractmanufacturing and 3PL management--- Deep understanding of business intelligence technologies, concepts, architecturesand methodologies--- Experience in cross-functional portfolio and program management and delivery to thelevel that they can set standards, propose policy, and mentor others--- Strong business analysis skills - capturing and documenting requirements,understanding business impacts and tradeoffs, conducting interviews andworkshops, proposing solutions, documentation and process mapping, etc.--- Strong data and BI analysis skills - detailed analysis and definitions of KPIs, measures,business logic and calculations, hierarchies and aggregations, source systemanalysis, reporting requirements, etc.--- Experience in designing and delivering PLM systems and/or related BI/datawarehousing/analytics solutions from the business perspective--- Defining and executing requirements, user acceptance testing, and release plans--- Strong familiarity with PLM systems and/or sharing of product data across theenterprise--- The ability to facilitate global projects and to align business and technical teams--- Outstanding interpersonal skills, verbal, written and presentation--- Solid ability to personally deliver large scale initiatives with high levels of complexityand ambiguityAdditional RequirementsPassionate about manufacturing, supply chain, and PLM initiatives and driven to bringinnovative solutions to challenging global supply chain problems.Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills - ability to bridge betweentechnical and non-technical audiences.Ability to operate independently with conviction and drive teams to the right levels ofquality in delivery even under pressure.Handle ambiguity in problem definition, have a good handle on business value and havethe initiative to craft problems and projects so that they deliver maximum impact.Strong process focus, able to see opportunities for improvement in the businessAbility to influence stakeholders to see improved future processes beyond their currentstateResponsibilities
  • Leading large PLM transformation programs across business, IT and third parties
  • Breaking down client problems into articulate and cutting-edge solutions, and communicating the solutions with clients
  • Managing opportunities through the consulting sales process, and leading subsequent delivery
  • Identifying and leveraging new digital innovations, when defining both 'what' solutions will help a client and 'how' solutions (and projects) are delivered
  • Building strong relationships both with client and across Wipro organizations
  • Keeping a strong eye on value creation, in everything you do - for the Digital Business Transformation practice, for Wipro, and for our clients
  • Business case creation for the client, and management of financials for Wipro
  • To be successful in this role, you must effectively lead in both selling and delivering consulting work, that spans across Strategy, Design and Technology...where Digital lives
  • In parallel to your client focus, you will work to strengthen and constantly evolve our own internal Digital Business Transformation consulting operations as well as market offerings
  • You will be based out of our offices in Bay Area, CA and will be required to travel to client locations as needed Qualifications & Experience
    • 15 years of strong consulting background with global organizations
    • You have led PLM transformation programs, leading a project team and interfacing directly with client stakeholders
    • Charismatic person with gravitas, liaising directly with senior stakeholders up to CXO level
    • Strong presentation, communication, negotiation and closing skills
    • Creative and logical thinker, self-starter, problem solver, and quick learner, with the ability to navigate difficult conversations with customers and colleagues in a well-structured and meaningful way
    • Experience in working in a demanding, high achieving, environment - where making sense of ambiguity is a key to success
