Job DescriptionPrimary Function of this Position:The Sr. Manager of IT Business Applications Manufacturing will be responsible for supporting worldwide operations of key IT business applications. The Sr. Manager will lead and manage teams of internal and external resources to help run the operations.Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the IT Strategy and roadmap for Manufacturing.
• As Sr. Manager, IT Applications, you will lead a team responsible for driving the design, development, and integration of SAP S/4 HANA applications.
• This role will also work closely with senior leadership and peers across Intuitive' s Product Operations and IT organizations.
• Interface with business leaders to develop strategic roadmaps aligned with business priorities and outcomes.
• Work with Business and Finance to develop ROI & Success Metrics to drive prioritization.
• Deliver on Success Metrics on projects.
• Align cross-functional IT and Business Teams to ensure on-time delivery of projects.
• Work closely with peers in other IT verticals such as Infrastructure, Information Security, development and integration, and project management office.
• Prepare department budget and future roadmap
• Work with Service providers on SOWs, resourcing, delivery, attrition management, backfill, etc.
• Follow the change review process and ensure its adherence to various compliance controls
• Plan and execute hiring, team building, and team development
• Present leadership with various data metrics on the health of operations
