Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, mentor, develop and manage a high-functioning team of mixed-signal IC design engineers
• Lead the development, evaluation, documentation and industrialization of mixed-signal IC solutions to realize sensor products with best in-class performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve technical objectives
• Drive innovation in mixed-signal IC design and continuous improvement in design techniques, quality and efficiency Qualifications
  
  Basic Qualifications
  • MS in Electrical Engineering
  • 5+ years of mixed-signal IC design experience including as a design lead of a mixed-signal IC product
  • Experience leading a mixed-signal IC design team including hiring, coaching, evaluating and developing team performance
  • Experience in the architecture, design and layout of low-noise and low-power precision mixed-signal ICs, behavioral modeling of mixed-signal systems in MATLAB/Simulink and Cadence, and design of sensor readout circuits or high-resolution analog-to-digital converters
  • Experience successfully completing tape outs as an owner of major precision mixed-signal IC blocks such as sensor interfaces or data converter circuits Preferred Qualifications
    • PhD in Electrical Engineering
    • Strong knowledge of AMS design and verification methodologies
    • Excellent documentation and communication skills Additional Information

        The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000 - $230,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range for this position during the interview process.
