  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience serving in business development/customer or partner-facing roles relating to public cloud service.
  • Experience in taking new products and solutions to market, developing, and driving GTM offerings with Partners.
    Preferred qualifications:
    • Experience supporting partners in creation of GTM offerings based on sales plays and tracking effectiveness with wins.
    • Experience in developing GTM offerings based on industry and regional requirements.
    • Experience in launching and landing GTM offerings to customers and tracking new business.
    • Experience in winning/delivering large cloud goals.
    • Experience in conducting partner executive briefings.
    • Sharp understanding of competitor offerings and strong communication skills.
      About the jobAs the Global Solution PDM (Partner Development Manager) for Apps, Infra, and Security, you will facilitate C-level relationships with partners, showcase Google's technology solutions, guide our partners in developing their service offerings, and work closely with Google Cloud solution sales and engineering teams. In this role, you will work closely with Partners to develop pipeline, land joint wins, and accelerate consumption for our joint solution offerings. You will be engaging with our partners' executive leadership, securing their trust and sharing crisp insights into how partners can capitalize on market opportunities with Google Cloud. You will work with Partners to accelerate our "Win Together" initiative by leading the go-to-market efforts for Apps, Infra, and Security. You will help define the sales campaigns and act as a trusted advisor to the partner in the entire journey of identifying new opportunities, developing capabilities, solutions and service offerings, pursuing go-to-market campaigns, landing wins and delivering customer success. You will drive execution of the campaign in orchestration with partners' technical, sales, and marketing teams. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.       Responsibilities
      • Help partners grow their business on Google Cloud in identified Solution Areas with the aim of serving as their trusted advisor for both pre-sales and post sales customer engagements.
      • Lead the life-cycle of go-to-market (GTM) offering creation from business case, planning and governance, business value, solution differentiation, and business generation modeling.
