• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  
• Experience in end-to-end supply chain operations.Preferred qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
    
  • Experience in driving process cross-functional improvement projects from idea to implementation and adoption.
  • Experience in hardware product supply chain delivery through the entire lifecycle.
    
  • Ability to successfully work across multiple levels including with executive leadership.
    
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.     Responsibilities
    • Enable and optimize product on-time delivery by actively managing material, capacity, and product specific levers.
      
    • Drive mitigation efforts to minimize liability of excess and obsolete inventory caused by demand reductions, platform transitions, and product moves.
      
    • Create product strategies for sustaining products that improve delivery, cost, inventory, and flexibility.
      
    • Establish total product landed/execution costs and define reduction opportunities.
      
    • Scale product capacity, materials, and processes, and establish product cost baselines and targets.
