Role: This is an exciting opportunity for a new, -key role -on our Sales leadership team, with responsibility for driving $1B of sales through partners Location: The candidate should ideally be located in close proximity to the US-based PLM and Engineering teams to ensure that joint solutions with our partners can be designed and delivered - Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of directors and senior directors supporting our global and multi-national partners and Cloud as a Channel which is a new and emerging route-to-market for Juniper
  • Develop and execute our Enterprise Growth Plan, scaling through large global partners by delivering customized GTM sales plans
  • Own a target for delivering incremental SA as part of that investment into Enterprise Growth
  • Work with our Finance and Global Programs Teams for resource allocation and program investment
  • Work with the programs team to bring all partners on to the new Global Elite Plus program, eliminating disparate partner program.
  • Responsible for 5 direct reports as well as approximately 60 indirect reports Requirements:
    • Broad Global experience and the mindset to drive transformation and flexibility to deal with an ever-changing partner ecosystem
    • Extensive experience in multiple routes to market and in particular multi-national partners, Hyperscalers or Cloud as Channel. A large part of the role will be fostering partnerships between the Hyperscalers and Global Partners. -
    • T rack record of working closely with PLM and marketing teams to create tailored solutions
    • Expertise in delivering sales results in a complex, matrixed global environment
    • Ability to attract, develop, and retain high-performing -and balanced teams in the competitive IT industry Minimum Salary: $353,800.00Maximum Salary:$542,600.00The pay range for this position is expected to be between $353,800 and $542,600/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations.
