About the Position: Juniper Development and Innovation (JDI) organization is responsible for Product Management and Engineering of Juniper products and solutions. JDI Release Management is responsible for optimizing, aligning, and accelerating JDI release execution. JDI Release Management works closely with and supports the Product Management and Engineering teams along with interfacing with other cross functional teams within Juniper. The job role reports into the Sr. Manager, Release Management. - We are seeking an experienced, well-rounded program manager who can lead complex Releases from concept to delivery. Help bridge team members horizontally and vertically within Juniper. Drives accountability and ownership within release team. This role requires a strong program manager who can effectively work with Engineers up to Executive levels to plan and achieve on-time delivery with high quality. Responsibilities:

• Leads on-time delivery of high-quality Software releases.
• Develops schedules and actively manages content of Software releases.
• Collaborates with managers and project leads across various product teams and business units, identifying project risks and managing mitigations.
• Delivers detailed status on program health at NPI and Software program review meetings. Minimum Qualifications:
  • Require BSEE, BSCS, or similar degree with 8+ years experience in the Networking industry. -
  • Require 2-3 years as a software developer or feature/system test - preferably in network technologies
  • At least 5 years as a seasoned Program or Release Manager for large cross functional projects Preferred Qualifications: MSEE, MSCS, or similar degree, with 10+ years experience in the Networking industry. - Other Information: Core Competencies: -
    • Self-starter, detail oriented, hands-on approach, and excellent communication (verbal & written) skills
    • Strong analytical skills and able to seamlessly transition between big picture and low level details
    • Operate with a high sense of urgency and results oriented goals
    • Possess an open, honest and collaborative style - strong team player
    • Problem solving skills, ability to distill complex problems quickly to identify risks and mitigations
    • Drive tactical planning and program management in support of business needs and/or leadership direction
    • Good command of Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and analytics
    • Knowledge of codeline management methods, experience with one or more tools: ClearCase, SVN, Perforce or Jira. -
    • Knowledge/Experience in DevOps, Continuous Integration is a plus Skills Required:
      • Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects on time and in scope
      • Demonstrated process and program management acumen and discipline. Experience in SDLC models.
      • Proven leadership skills, and managing in a matrix environment
      • Demonstrated ability to lead and engage across engineering teams & management

          • #LI-bradleymMinimum Salary: $140,800.00Maximum Salary:$202,400.00The pay range for this position is expected to be between $140,800.00 and $202,400.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations.
