Channel Revenue Enablement Manager at Juniper Networks, you will
play a critical role in driving the success of the company's
channel sales organization. You will be responsible for developing
and executing strategies and programs to enable Juniper's channel
partners worldwide to effectively sell and support Juniper's
products and solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional
teams, including sales, marketing, and training, to ensure the
channel partners have the necessary knowledge, tools, and resources
to achieve their sales targets.Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Revenue enablement Strategy: Develop a comprehensive
channel revenue enablement strategy aligned with Juniper Networks'
overall business objectives. Define and execute programs to support
the channel partner ecosystem, including resellers, distributors,
and system integrators.
- Partner Training and Enablement: Design and implement training
programs to enhance the sales and technical capabilities of channel
partners. Develop training content, including product knowledge,
sales methodologies, competitive positioning, and value
propositions. Coordinate with subject matter experts and trainers
to deliver effective training sessions both in-person and
remotely.
- Sales Tools and Resources: Identify and develop sales tools,
collateral, and resources that enable channel partners to
effectively position and sell Juniper's products and solutions.
This includes sales playbooks, battle cards, product datasheets,
presentations, and online portals. Ensure the availability and
accessibility of these resources to the channel partner
community.
- Channel Program Development: Collaborate with the channel sales
leadership team to define and enhance channel programs, including
partner incentives, deal registration, and co-marketing
initiatives. Evaluate the effectiveness of existing programs and
make recommendations for improvements to drive partner engagement
and revenue growth.
- Channel Communication and Engagement: Establish regular
communication channels with channel partners to keep them informed
about Juniper's product roadmap, sales promotions, and other
relevant updates. Foster strong relationships with key channel
partners and act as a trusted advisor to help them achieve their
business goals.
- Revenue enablement Metrics and Analysis: Define and track key
performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of
channel revenue enablement initiatives. Analyze data and provide
insights to identify areas of improvement and optimize enablement
programs. Present regular reports to executive stakeholders on the
impact of channel revenue enablement efforts. Qualifications and
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field or
industry based certifications and training programs. Experience as
a field Seller or SE is a major plus. -
- Proven experience (8+ years) in channel revenue enablement or
related roles in the technology industry.
- Deep understanding of channel sales dynamics, partner
ecosystems, and revenue enablement best practices.
- Strong knowledge of networking, cloud, and security
technologies. Familiarity with Juniper Networks' products and
solutions is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the
ability to effectively engage and influence diverse audiences,
including executives, sales teams, and channel partners.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to
prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and
insights to drive decisions and measure success.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively
across cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with
internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel as needed less than 30% of the time.

sales strategy and growth.Minimum Salary: $123,750.00Maximum
Salary:$189,750.00The pay range for this position is expected to be
between $123,750.00 and $189,750.00/year; however, the base pay
offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors,
including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and
experience. The total compensation package for this position also
includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time,
and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these
benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of
employment.If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and
the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as
any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including
for reasons related to individual performance, Company or
individual department/team performance, and market
