Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities:The Finance Manager provides the Enterprise Analytics team an anchor that will partner with leadership at Intuitive to strategize, design, and mature analytical capabilities. This individual will guide, own, and oversee Financial data products in support of our Finance organization. The role will work directly with Finance leadership, enterprise data architects, data engineering, and external service providers to ensure that new capabilities meet the needs of the business.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Finance analytics program by managing relationship with Finance business partners (needs, intake & prioritization, (re)planning), conducting regular reviews, ensuring key projects are tracked, defining objectives and KPIs, maintaining stakeholder alignment, and proactively managing risk to quality, schedule, and budget
• Maximize Enterprise Analytics team velocity by optimizing work in progress, reducing team context switching, and ensuring we are working on the most valuable projects and initiatives aligned with the business
• Lead discussions across stakeholders to understand business problems and identify paths forward, driving for quick and efficient resolution of program issues
• Coordinate operational, financial, and administrative activities. Compile information to facilitate decision-making (e.g. resource management and allocations, management of budgets and actuals, intake prioritization)
• Design and promote processes and tools that improve team coordination, efficiency, and scalability, of data operations
• Build a status reporting structure to highlight accomplishments, risks, and progress against different tracks of work
• Provide team visibility at all levels of the organization
• Comfortable working with, presenting to, and facilitating decisions among senior leaders and executives based on evolving priorities. Able to ask the right questions and challenge the status quo.
• Collaborate with solutions architects and data engineering to design data standards and data products that support the business organizations
• Drive standardization of key metrics across various business stakeholders to improve data governance maturity
