Job TITLE: Senior Manager, Back-End EngineeringLocation: Sunnyvale, CATerm: ContractExperience: ---Defines system architecture and tactical solutions for product delivery---Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects for Global e-Commerce---Ensures business needs are being met---Ensures delivery success---Focuses on customer service and partnership development---Improves, optimizes, and identifies opportunities for improved software development processes---Manages a functional domain of the technology platform and builds solutions with directors and above to align with business strategy---Manages and plans to ensure delivery success---Manages the testing of a functional domain of the technology platform and builds solutions with directors and above to align with business strategy---Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity---Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates---Supports continuous process improvement and innovationEducation: ---Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and 10 years experience building scalable ecommerce applications---5 years supervisory experience---8 years experience in Java technologies on a large ecommerce website---5 years experience in the areas of Supply Chain Systems including Order Management, Inventory Management, Cart and Checkout, Item Setup/Ingestion, Search, Purchase Order, Invoice, Receiving, Replenishment and Payment Systems
