Product Manager on the Identity team, you'll be shaping cross
product experiences across the entire range of Yahoo products. Your
work will impact teams across all of our product lines and, as
such, you will be working with teams spanning the globe. You will
be working in a fast paced, agile environment with awesome and
actionable plans and roadmaps, collaborating with every product
team in Yahoo to ultimately deliver on a great user
experience.Responsibilities:
- Lead rock-star teams of engineers and designers to enhance the
Yahoo user onboarding and sign in experiences by developing
innovative methods to improve the conversion for user onboarding
and authentication products and enhance security.
- Work in an agile environment.
- Define end-to-end customer experiences, write user stories,
drive requirements, and manage roadmaps and backlogs.
- Test hypotheses and learn through customer research, production
tests, and performance analysis to evolve our products, define
rollout strategies and scale features.
- Define a set of success metrics to measure customer
satisfaction and business impact.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, partners and businesses
to translate business strategies into products while putting the
customer first.
- Gain executive buy-in to manage the product roadmap.Minimum
Qualifications:
- Previous success building and maintaining cloud operating
systems and/or platforms that customers trust, especially in the
areas of identity and user management
- Real passion for making the customer experience as amazing as
possible
- Strong ability to balance customer needs and business
priorities, as well as short-term needs and long-term strategy
- Interest in building relationships with teams across the
business to influence the direction of our platforms, including
articulating a user case in a formal presentation
- Creative problem-solving skillsPreferred Qualifications:
- + 3 years of Product Management work experience at a
fast-growing software company
- History of working with design and development teams to produce
a great customer experience

ranges from $136,125.00 - $283,750.00/yr and will vary depending on
factors such as your location, skills and experience. The
compensation package may also include incentive compensation
