  • 4 years of experience working in a leased asset/real estate management, lease administration, or similar fields.
  • Experience with database management and data tracking.
  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently.
    Preferred qualifications:
    • Experience working with colocations or data centers.
    • Ability to lead large complex programs and develop appropriate processes to ensure objectives are achieved.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with all organizational levels.

You will manage the portfolio to enable faster and cheaper delivery of capacity across the globe, position the portfolio for future growth or exits, and mitigate risks by working with partner teams to identify trends early and implement measures to address them.You will be responsible for all activities post agreement (lease) signature, maintains the single source of truth for all executed third-party data center agreements, and manages ongoing obligations.Additional information: The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000-$158,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
      • Process agreement notices, renewals, and amendments.
      • Assist management of third-party data center service provider relationships, including compliance with agreement obligations, assisting with service provider business reviews (gathering internal stakeholder input, develop review packages, and manage resulting action items with cross-functional internal teams).
      • Validate and ensure accuracy of data in leased asset database systems and align with internal stakeholders on reporting.
      • Manage change of control requests, documentation, and resulting downstream Purchase Order/Accounts Payable changes.
      • Facilitate and track third-party data center purchase order creations, timely payment of invoices, and annual funding approvals.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
