Job Description:

As a Supply Chain Manager, in this role, you will lead the Supply Chain Center of Excellence team and be the Chief of staff for the Global Supplier Management (GSM) organization.

As part of the Center of Excellence, you will play a key role within Global Supplier Management (GSM) organization. This role is critical in developing and executing the supply chain strategy to build automation and data science/Machine learning discipline ultimately driving improvement throughout the supply chain Operations. You are responsible for leading the overall design, ideation, and development in the implementation of various AI solutions, automation, and optimization techniques that bring value to the org.

In your Chief of Staff role, you are responsible for the design, plan, development, and orchestration of the Supply Chain annual and financial planning, executive engagements and communication, community & culture, benchmarking and business performance management initiatives, and overall Business Intelligence strategy & solutions to delivering operational excellence enabling Customer, Partner & Corporate success.

*In this role, you will-*

*Analytics, Automation, and AI/ML Optimization: *

* You will be responsible for leading and directing a team focused on developing innovative quantitative solutions to our client's most challenging problems
* You will not only provide advanced technical leadership, guiding research and applications of quantitative methods, but will also provide direct supervision, mentorship, support, guidance, oversight, and recruitment of your team
* Lead improvements in methodology or initiatives to address capability gaps or increase efficiency
* Influence machine learning strategy for a program/project; explore design options to assess efficiency and impact, develop approaches to improve robustness and rigor
* Lead discussions at peer review and use quantitative skills to positively influence decision making
* Effectively explain technical concepts at all levels in the organization, including senior leaders/partners
* Develop and embed automated processes for predictive model validation, deployment, and implementation
* Connect and collaborate with subject matter experts, making impactful contributions to internal discussions on emerging solutions and advance analytics/intelligence output.

*Chief of Staff: *

* Support GSM with building and developing efficient operations mechanisms to ensure the effective management of the supply chain functions to generate savings and capture value and growth
* Strategic development of the overall supply chain and securing the link to individual functions
* Oversight of the organizational Inclusion and Diversity initiatives and mentorship of the Employee I&D advocacy committee.
* Propose / lead / support and secure process optimizations:
* Internal within Supply Chain
* Link to other functions in the company
* External with suppliers/partners
* Develop and implement the cadence of strategic meetings and review processes to manage the business and ensure delivery of company objectives
* Support the GSM VP by driving effective decision-making, based on sound operational and business insight and analysis
* Ensure effective accountability, execution, and adherence to all Group level operating and planning processes including annual business &financial planning, inclusive of quarterly execution activities, and related reporting requirements (financials).
* Responsible for reporting OKRs/critical metrics and improvement plans as needed.
* Develops executive presentations to internal and external partners (quarterly, monthly, weekly reviews, customer presentations, etc.).
* Act as a trusted confidant and sounding board to multiple partners on sensitive topics and privileged information.
* Manages the pulse of the organization and drives plans for continuous improvement along with managing COE of analytics for GSM.

*Minimum Qualifications: *

* 10+ years of high-technology operations and distributed team management experience.
* Ability to build strong and trusted relationships, especially in a virtual environment.
* Inclusive style of interaction that, by example, sets the tone of the culture and valued behaviors.
* Experience partnering effectively on cross-functional projects or teams and in communicating. with and influencing executives, partners, and team members.
* Experience with strategy, operations, and leading projects with multiple teams/collaborators.
* Experience performing in high-stakes and dynamic environments.
* Experience applying data insights to discover gaps and hidden problems; Develop analytics solutions to help drive action and business improvements
* Outstanding execution and team-working skills - ability to define and structure problems, translate these into action plans, and ensure successful implementation.
* Excellent business judgment, thought leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
* Can-do demeanor, with a bias for action, and the ability to influence others to get work accomplished.
* Great communication and presentation skills.
* Advanced skills with the MS Office Suite and Analytics.

*Preferred Qualifications: *

* Bachelors in Business Administration or Bachelors in Electrical Engineering.
* Experience supporting an executive in a chief of staff or operations capacity.
* Ability to think, plan, and complete multiple projects concurrently and work collaboratively, organizationally, and successfully in a complex environment.
* Propensity to build collaboration, credibility, and relationships quickly across functions and levels, and a track record of delivery and impact at scale in organizations.
* Ability to turn information and unstructured problems into insights, plans, and recommendations.
* Business Analysis /Analytical experience
* An effective teammate who can deliver projects on time with outstanding attention to detail.
* Experience working with Product Management, Engineering, and Supply Chain Operations teams in either networking or telecommunications industry is a plus.
* Program Management certification is also a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
