  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience with manufacturing, supply chain management, or fulfillment planning and execution in a New Product Introduction (NPI) role.
  • Experience in project management within product life-cycle or supply chain.
    Preferred qualifications:
    • Experience in ODM/CM management and Materials Supply-Chain management.
    • Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) materials planning.
    • Experience with engineering (e.g., EVT, DVT, beta, pilot) build management.

Focused on Product Health (e.g., cost, qualify, delivery, and life-cycle transitions) in the sustaining phase. In this role, you will optimize GCD's cost, quality, and delivery from GA ramp through end of life (EOL) by providing cross-functional leadership for product change management.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.       Responsibilities
      • Work with new product introduction (NPI) and manufacturing to help transition projects from pilot completion to production general availability.
      • Manage a portfolio of sustaining products such as servers, networking, storage, infrastructure. Initiate and lead product design changes to optimize total cost of ownership (TCO), improve quality, or protect supply continuity.
      • Lead a cross-functional sustaining team to oversee optimization of portfolio performance on cost, quality, delivery, and life-cycle.
      • Work with engineering to scope out project effort, duration and cost, and help prioritize sustaining projects based on their returns.
