  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in managing programs or leading transformational platform initiatives.
  • Experience in agile development, product lifecycles, business process re-engineering, and continuous innovation.
  • Experience in cloud, semiconductor or infrastructure organizations.
    Preferred qualifications:
    • Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or Engineering.
    • Experience in managing diverse, cross-functional teams composed of both technical and non-technical members.
    • Experience in supply chain environment.

      • Drive, align, cross-functional processes for the product lifecycles across platforms and software engineering for server operations.
      • Act as a consultant to help software and platform teams to adopt processes, practices and tools to their products.
      • Transform market and internal research for voice of customer (VOC) initiatives to improve our products and processes for server operations.
      • Integrate intake management as an integral part of our organization for prioritization and process for new projects/programs across the portfolio.
