Are you an enthusiastic, talented, and experienced Sales Operations Manager with a passion for growing RTI's sales initiatives? This could be your next big move! RTI is looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to support our growing sales team. As an integral member, you will use your knowledge and experience to set the strategic vision and improve processes within the sales organization. In addition, you will possess excellent communication and analytical skills in order to effectively support the learning and development programs. The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for everything from sales territory planning, sales process design and optimization, data management and analytics, sales enablement and training, and sales automation. Responsibilities: Support the sales management team with territory planning, quota setting, lead routing, account assignment, and team design Measure and evaluate sales data to determine effectiveness and productivity of the organization Generate reports for forecasts and optimize accuracy Work with sales management and CRM teams to design, implement, and optimize sales processes and data management Manage customer proposals and contracts, and provide coordination with Legal, Services, Product Management, and Fulfillment Operations Collaborate with content owners in Marketing, Products and Markets, Sales, Finance, Services, and Operations to govern and maintain content and collateral across all products and industries Work with subject matter experts in the organization to develop and maintain sales onboarding and ongoing sales training programs for all functions in the sales organization Gather feedback and use metrics to continuously improve content and training Identify, implement, and maintain sales tools that optimize sales processes and training Requirements: BA/BS degree in a business related field, MBA a plus 10+ years experience in sales related roles, such as revenue operations, sales operations, or sales support Prior experience acting as a liaison between various business functions and sales Strong communication and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as a team leader Familiar with high-end software solution sales Experience coordinating development and maintenance of sales collateral and content between sales, marketing, and product management Knowledgeable of demand generation processes and systems Prior experience developing sales onboarding curricula and ongoing sales training Deep expertise with Salesforce, CPQ systems, and Excel Familiar with design and roll out of sales comp plans and quotas.
