Duration: Long term assignment; extensions approved quarter by quarter Max Rate: For local/Metro area candidates Bill Rate Range: $1120.00 - $1400.00 (depending on experience) Contact: Maureen Shepherd Technical Program Manager, Social Media Platforms Job Summary: Marcom is Client's Global Marketing Communications group. We oversee all of Client's advertising and marketing to ensure the flawless development and execution of world-class communications. The Technology team in Marcom is responsible for a number of areas, including systems infrastructure and internal tools, used by Client business partners across the globe. As the Technical Program Manager, Social Media Platforms, you will be responsible for understanding needs of Marcom's Social team, defining product strategy, analyzing technology solutions, and working with a matrixed organization to implement and evangelize solutions spanning the entire lifecycle of Client's social media content. This includes creative concepts, content curation, production, syndication, staging, review and approval, and publishing. Responsibilities Gather requirements to develop strategic as well as tactical and detailed project plans, objectives, and schedules that support the needs of Marcom's Social team. Lead cross-functional teams to define the scope, business objectives, and required project results. Document detailed findings to collaborate on crafting an end-to-end integrated solution. Work with internal and 3rd party solution providers to identify and evaluate solutions that can seamlessly connect technology platforms for a unified workflow Marshal resources from a matrixed functional group to build a comprehensive project plan with internal and external dependencies. Clearly assign responsibility for tasks and decisions. Lead and monitor project schedules, progress, and costs. Consolidate, communicate, and lead all issues and risks affecting the program or project. Work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure successful completion of programs and projects. Handle rollout, release, post-launch support, and issue triage. Deliver comprehensive summary of post-project metrics and areas of potential improvement, and apply insights to future efforts. Key Qualifications 5 years of program management experience with a demonstrated ability to conceive and deploy functional workflow solutions at scale. Deep understanding of Social media content creation, workflow and publishing systems in a high value brand Experience with the introduction and deployment of Social Media platforms at scale is required Experience with deploying Sprinklr as a curation and publishing platform preferred You understanding of complex technical projects, have experience adapting techniques to best fit circumstances, and can quickly learn about new technologies and solutions to lead their implementation. Deep experience defining product strategy and tactical product definition, preferably in a marketing agency setting. A deep understanding of agile product management methodologies, including experience putting product management processes in place. The ability to analyze and document detailed functional requirements to facilitate the creation of technical level-of-effort estimates You can apply good judgment while working independently within tight timelines. Extraordinary attention to detail and dedication to excellence. You are an excellent communicator, with great interpersonal skills, who can build trusting relationships within a diverse team. You are able to create order from disorder and understand the "right" level of process to apply to different projects. You discover and eliminate complexity and ambiguity in projects to ensure clarity and establish goals and expectations for services requested. Ability to develop broad perspective of an organization and to use that knowledge to develop new strategies and options for new projects. You can juggle multiple projects within a rapidly changing environment and change priorities quickly as required by the business. Education Bachelors Degree Preferred with 10 years experience demonstrating increasing levels of responsibilities in a complex enterprise or marketing environment.
