Summary This is a public notice flyer to notify interested

who respond to this flyer. Responsibilities You will serve as the
Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) Program Manager Representative,
co-located with the CPS Launcher Subsystem Subcontractor at
Northrop Grumman Marine Systems (NGMS) Sunnyvale, CA. You will
provide oversight of CPS Advanced Payload Module (APM) and Navy
canister design and manufacturing operations. The position also
interfaces with government and industry partners in the greater
Sunnyvale area. You will lead government surveillance and quality
assurance efforts, and facilitate program execution to meet
hardware delivery requirements and schedule. You will assist the
CPS Program Manager and Program Office as required for contract
administration and contract performance monitoring, and ensure site
operations are executed in alignment with Program Office
objectives. You will provide coordination and integration between
leadership and staff at the CPS Program Office and their
counterparts at Lockheed Martin Space (LMS) and NGMS. You will
provide direct on-site support to CPS Program Office leadership and
functional branches. Requirements Conditions of Employment
Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of
specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 (GS-13
equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or
equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized
experience must demonstrate the following: Managing and executing
budgets, schedules, and plans and applying systems engineering
knowledge and disciplines to oversee the development and
implementation of program requirements for an organization
