JOB SUMMARY
Oversees the computer hardware inventory, procurement and
operational management for the CBRE account team globally, in
conjunction with other regional IT Equipment Managers. Provides
level I & II end-user support for hardware issues.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinates the provisioning of computers and related peripherals
to employees, including recovery and redeployment of this equipment
for transitioning employees.
Acts as relationship manager with third parties and provides IT
program management for the account team
Manage relationships with computer equipment suppliers and third
parties, ensuring product supply meets forecasted delivery
requirements.
Develop (as needed) and maintain a database of computers and
related peripherals deployed, stored, and forecasted. Provide
monthly reports to client and internal teams.
Collaborate with clients as needed and internal teams on computer
equipment requirements..
Performs service administration tasks for software and hardware
products to ensure manufacturer warranty.
In conjunction with Client Tech support, Troubleshoots any software
and hardware problems through debugging, testing, and vendor
assistance.
Assists in the purchasing of new computer equipment and peripherals
for a specified location.
Performs software and hardware inventory.
Manage communications with end users regarding the updates
surrounding their technical devices and peripherals.
Performs other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. May
provide informal assistance such as technical guidance and/or
training to coworkers. May coordinate work and assign tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or
technical school and a minimum of two to three years of related
experience and/or training.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
A+ PC Technician; - Both Network + and Dell Hardware certification
is a plus.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short
correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure
understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients,
co-workers, and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present
information to an internal department and/or large groups of
employees.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret situations. Ability
to solve problems involving several options. Requires strong
analytical and quantitative skills.
